1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MYPTET (myptet.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform. If you are using MYPTET on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

MYPTET is an independent, AI-powered educational assistance platform. It provides the following tools for informational and planning purposes only:

  • Teaching Subject Combination Checker
  • Home District College Chances Calculator

MYPTET is not affiliated with Dungar College (Bikaner), the Government of Rajasthan, or any official PTET authority. All predictions are AI-based estimates and must not be used as substitutes for official information.

3. Eligibility to Use

MYPTET is intended for users aged 17 years and above (minimum PTET eligibility age). By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 17 should obtain parental consent before using this platform.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use MYPTET only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the platform to submit false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI tools or backend systems
  • Use automated bots or scripts to generate bulk predictions
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our content without prior written permission
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers or API infrastructure
  • Submit inputs designed to manipulate or abuse the Google Gemini AI component

5. AI-Generated Content

Our prediction tools use Google Gemini AI to generate analysis and advice. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • Predictions are probabilistic estimates based on historical data and AI inference — not guarantees
  • You should verify all AI-generated advice against official PTET sources before making decisions
  • MYPTET is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated predictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MYPTET, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, code, algorithms, and prediction models, is the intellectual property of MYPTET. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference use.

7. Third-Party Services

MYPTET integrates third-party services including:

  • Google Gemini API – Powers our AI analysis features. Usage is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
  • Google AdSense – Serves advertisements on our platform. Ad content is governed by Google's advertising policies.
  • Google Analytics – Collects anonymized usage data to help us improve the platform.

MYPTET is not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYPTET and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of admission or educational opportunity based on reliance on our predictions
  • Decisions made using AI-generated content
  • Technical errors, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

9. No Warranty

MYPTET is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by our tools.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYPTET, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to Terms

MYPTET reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of MYPTET shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.

13. Termination

MYPTET reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, misuses the AI tools, or engages in any activity harmful to the platform or its users, without prior notice.
